Animal Flow Bodyweight Training 101

Four Sessions to Help You Move Better

Explore a dynamic movement system designed for every body.

Join us for a 4-week introductory journey into Animal Flow,
a ground-based bodyweight training method
that combines elements of quadrupedal movement training (QMT),
yoga, and capoeira.

This fun, functional workout style emphasizes fluid motion, coordination, and total-body strength—no equipment required.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness or just new to Animal Flow,
this beginner-friendly course starts with the fundamentals
and builds up to a short flow by the final class.

All ages, body types, and fitness levels are welcome.

Event Details

  • Dates:
    Saturdays: 8/16, 8/23, 9/6, 9/13 (No class on 8/30 for the holiday weekend)

    9:00–10:00 AM

  • Cost: $100 for the full 4-week series, or $30 for drop-in

  • Level: Beginner-friendly / 101

What You’ll Learn Each Week

Week 1: Animal Flow Foundations

  • Overview: What is Animal Flow? Who is it for? Why does it work?

  • Practice: Wrist mobility, activations, base positions (Crab, Beast, Ape, Loaded Beast)

Week 2: Mobility Through Form-Specific Stretches

  • Practice: Crab Reach, Ape Reach, Beast Reach, Scorpion Reach

Week 3: Connecting Movement – Switches & Transitions

  • Practice: Under Switch, Side Kick Through, Scorpion Switch, more!

Week 4: Put it All Together – Learn a Flow!

  • Combine your skills from the previous weeks into a simple but powerful Animal Flow sequence
