Parent Self-Defense & Social Night

Join us for a “Pair-ent” self-defense and social night created for parents of Max Academy students from both our Core and Edge locations. This is your chance to step out of the lobby and onto the mat, learn something new, and enjoy a fun night with other Max Academy parents. Bring a spouse, sibling, or friend to train with and make it a shared experience.

What to Expect:

• One-hour self-defense class focused on practical, real-world skills

• Partner-based training (hence the “Pair-ent”)

• Pizza social after class to relax, connect, and hang out with other parents

What About My Child?
While you’re training at our Antioch (Edge) location, your child can enjoy our Parents’ Night Out at the Brentwood (Core) location—a fun, supervised evening they’ll love.
