Focus:Mentorship, Professionalism, and Legacy
Inspire is our premier leadership tier for advanced Teen students. This program is for the teen who is ready to transition from the mat to the world. It is a rigorous, high-level track designed to cultivate the professionalism and resilience required for college, career, and life-long influence.
The Mission: The goal of Inspire is to develop the future leaders and teachers of Max Academy. We treat our Inspire members as Mentors-in-Training.
Direct Mentorship: Every Inspire student is paired with a senior staff mentor. This relationship allows for deep dives into leadership philosophy, personal growth planning, and the "behind-the-scenes" of professional excellence.
The Professional Edge: Students learn the "Instructor’s Creed" as a professional standard. They are taught to lead with enthusiasm and to treat their responsibilities with the weight of importance they deserve.
The Staff Pipeline: There is no greater endorsement of this program than our own team. Many of our current staff members—leaders you see on the mat every day—began their journey as members of Inspire.
